Our promotions are designed for eligible new commercial cleaning contracts. Each contract may qualify for one promotional benefit, depending on its value, service requirements and agreed terms. We’ll confirm the applicable offer during the quotation process.

Can I combine two offers?
No. Only one promotional offer may be selected per contract. Offers cannot be combined unless specifically approved in writing by NZ Facility Care.
Do all new customers qualify?
No. Each offer has eligibility requirements — such as contract term, weekly contract value and service suitability — and every offer is subject to site assessment and a written quotation. NZ Facility Care may decline an offer before acceptance where eligibility requirements are not met.
How is the 12% saving calculated?
The comparison is made against your verified comparable current cleaning cost — using your current pricing and scope for genuinely comparable services, frequency, hours and inclusions. It is not an automatic discount on our quoted price: the saving may be less than 12%, or no discount may be available, and NZ Facility Care must approve the final commercially viable quoted price.
When can I use the complimentary floor or carpet service?
Once during the first 12 months of an eligible new contract. You choose one eligible service — a floor scrub or carpet cleaning — and the scope, area, methods and suitability are confirmed in writing before the service takes place. Restoration work, stain-removal guarantees and unsuitable surfaces are excluded.
How do I claim an offer?
